Adding page link to picture

  I have tried adding a link to a picture that when clicked takes the user to another of the pages for my site. The l.ink for the image is not working, need some help. Thanks.

  Also, if the image is in a post or page, did you follow the steps in the Adding Links to Images section of the Links support page?
