Adding Pages

    I want to create pages on my site, and I want to use the buttons on the home page to link to those pages. How do I do that?

    Hey there, are you hoping to add a menu? I see you’ve got a site set up that’s more like what we’ll often see as a one-page “link in bio” type site, but you can certainly add a menu to it if you’d like.

    You’ll need to do a few things:

    – Publish the pages you want to link to

    – Edit your home page, and change its template to have a header and footer. Right now it’s set to footer only. Save the changes and see if that generates a menu for you.

    – If needed, Edit Site and edit your header to add navigation to it: https://wordpress.com/support/site-editor/

    There are also other themes that have menus built in by default, so you’d be welcome to experiment with those instead if you’d like. We’re happy to advise if you need help.
