Adding pages

I want to add additional pages to my site, but whenever I publish them, they just appear with the same content as the home page. I want the pages to be distinct.
Info: I’ve set my homepage as static, and I have a separate posts page. The new page I’m trying to create would also be a static page.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hello there,

I want to add additional pages to my site, but whenever I publish them, they just appear with the same content as the home page. I want the pages to be distinct.
Info: I’ve set my homepage as static, and I have a separate posts page. The new page I’m trying to create would also be a static page.

It sounds like this is caused by the page template on the Site Editor. The page template may only contain the design or layout of the page. Then add the Content Block to make sure the individual page contents will be displayed.

You can find more information about editing page templates here: https://wordpress.com/support/templates/edit-the-page-template/

I also recommend contacting WordPress.com support directly, so they can check your website. Depending on your plan, you can contact them either via Live Chat or email help@wordpress.com.
