Adding pages to Bouquet theme?

  I need help with the Bouquet theme. I am attempting to add pages(?) across the top of my blog. I am not certain if they are actually called pages, I have seem some people refer to them as tabs. Anyway on the picture where it says Home, A Parent Page, About, etc. that is what I am referring to.

  Is there a way to so this with Bouquet theme? I have added pages but only one shows up. Am I doing something wrong?
