Adding pages/menu to Blissful Blog

I am working with the Blissful Blog and would like to have multiple menu options at the top to have different pages. The Blog template shows that you can but when I try to add the pages it doesn’t accept it. It says the theme only supports one menus option or page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

A custom menu is composed of all the tabs in the navigation bar. So if your theme supports one menu, you can still add as many pages as you require. You have just one navigation bar but it can include links to many pages.
