Adding Paypal Shopping Cart Plugin to Sela theme

  I downloaded the plugin but when I go to add it to my site, the ‘add new’ plugin selection is not visible/available in my admin dashboard. When I click on ‘plugin’ on the menu it directs me to the plugins already available.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  While we have a lot of plugin functionality built in to the WordPressdotcom platform, we cannot install any other plugin. If you want to install plugins, you will need to move to a self-hosted install of the WordPress software.

  Having said that, you can add a PayPal button to your WordPressdotcom site. Here’s how you can do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

  WordPressdotcom does not currently have an ecommerce solution. You could also link to an existing shop at Artfire, Etsy and the like. Hope that helps.
