Adding paypal to my blog

  I have a small craft blog and I have tutorials on how to sew/make items (a little kimono for now, but others will follow). The tutorial has had over 4,000 downloads and I want to add a paypal button (at the urging of others) to my tutorial pages that will take my readers to a paypal download page.

  I know WordPress.com does not allow ads, which is fine, but would they allow a paypal button? Is this bit of code/technology even worth tracking down?
