I am trying to add an administrator to my site, she receives the invitation email but when she opens it, it opens to a white screen with the WordPress W. I have been trying to add her for two days please help

The recommendation is for one ie. a single Administrator only for every blog with good reason. https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator When you have multiple Admins and they fight every one of theme has the ability to delete the whole site and if they do delete it or the content in it, Staff cannot restore it.

If she does not6 have a wordpress.COM account then tell her to register one. If she has one then tell her to post here if what I post below does not help. A blank screen is a browser related or connectivity related issue.
