  How do. Add photos to my blog from iCloud or ones save on my computer?

  You will need to upload images to your media library. Here are the instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/uploading-images/

  Please remember, that if you delete images from your media library that are used in posts on your site it will also remove the images from those posts or anywhere they are located on your site.
