Adding photos

I would like to add photo(s) and, perhaps, wallpaper, to my wordpress blog. Normally when I do this, a paperclip has appeared at top of my screen and I click there to recall photo from a flash drive and add to site. But there is no paperclip option here. How do I find photo(s) to upload?

You are posting to the wrong support forum.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Now I am totally confused. Sorry, but I don’t understand the instructions I am being given, and I never consciously tried to deviate from my original blog site which worked so well for years.
Conclusion–I’ll blog on my no photo site and forget the rest.
