adding picture next to blog name

  When I click on “my sites” there is the little picture spot next to the blog name. Is there any way I can put a picture there?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. The picture that appears there is your blog’s blavatar. Besides the My Sites page, the blavatar will also appear next to your blog title in the admin bar and as a favicon in your browser.

  You can upload that under Settings ->General in the dashboard. Keep in mind the WordPress cache will need to update before your image will display and this can take a few days, so if it doesn’t appear immediately, don’t keep uploading your image: http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/
