Adding pictures throughout the post

I know how to upload pictures, create a gallery, and so forth… but, I want to add a few pictures, type some more, add another picture or two. Is this possible? All I’ve succeeded in doing is adding more pictures to the original “gallery.”

This is actually really easy. You just put your cursor where you want the image to go and then go through the Uploading proccess, including inserting it into post. Or if you prefer, you can upload all the images at once, then put your cursor where you want the image to go, click to open the Upload box, click on the Media Library tab, find the image, click Show, and then hit Insert in post. If it ends up being off by a line or so you can either drag it (in the visual editor) or you can cut the code, then paste it where you want. Format alignment as usual.
This works on every theme but Monotone and Duotone as far as I’m aware, and it’ll certainly work on that theme. It’s less work than it sounds like.

Actually, that’s not quite what I was wanting to do. I know I can move the picture box around to my preferred location. However, I want to put pictures in more than one place. For example, write a paragraph, add 2 pictures, write another paragraph add 3 pictures, etc.
Does that make sense? -
