  With the versión Premium, how can I add a recipes plug in as wp ultimate récipe ?

  While WordPress.com offers a lot of plugin functionality, you cannot add your own plugins or themes; this is only available on the self-hosted version of WordPress.org.

  WordPress.com does have a recipe shortcode that may work for you:
