Adding Plug-in for Apps

  Hi,
  I would like to add this Plug In to my site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/smart-app-banner/installation/

  It will allow a re-direct to my App when people click on my blog.

  I don’t see a way to add this right now on my blog?
