I switched themes and started adding plug ins…then got this message. I can’t do anything now…site is gone and this shows up
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/41/7804341/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-review/includes/functions.php on line 331

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It sounds like you are using a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version that is supported here.

Learn more about the differences between WordPress.org and WordPress.com:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

With that being said, you can try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause. It looks like the wp-review plugin is causing your issue; removing that plugin folder should restore your site.

If that doesn’t help or you have any additional questions, please post on the WordPress.org support forums, including what the issue is and what you have already tried.

    Good luck!

Hi Geoffrey, thanks for the info! I do have WordPress.com. A plug in caused the issue along with some other issues. I contacted my hosting service, go daddy, and they were excellent I’m helping me identify the issue, a tech rep even removed a few things, got it back online (there was back up saved) and they made some recommendations which I immediately followed. I am glad to know there is help on WordPress.com forum too! Thank you!!
