Adding Plug ins to Stay Theme

  Ok, this is a dumb question but I don’t see Plugins in the Stay Theme. Can they be added and if so where?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress Plugins are not allowed on WordPress.com.

  If you are looking for customization features for the Theme you are using, go to Appearance and you will see the various Theme options there.

  Is there a reason why they’re not allowed? That seems a bit counter intuitive.
