Adding Plugin To Header Image

  Hello,

  I would like some help putting up a widget on top of my header image.

  I am using the twentyeleven child theme. I am a begginer in php and html and would really appreciate some step by step help. I am looking to create something like this, where there is a quote type box on top of the image: http://www.lifeinsure.com/

  I am locally making my website so I don’t have a link to the site itself but I do have a picture of what it looks like so far.

  I want to move the Free Estimate Form to be on top of the header image.

  Any help would really be appreciated.
