  Hello,

  On WordPress.com, the most popular, essential plugins are there, automatically. Here you can find a list of them: support.wordpress.com/plugins

  If you want to install more plugins, like the Page Builder by Site Origin you mentioned, you have two options:

  you can submit a Plugin Request on WordPress.com’s ideas forum: forums.wordpress.com/forum/ideas or

  you can switch from WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress site.
