  Could you add the booklaunch plugin to wordpress.com it can be downloaded here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/booklaunch/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality. You are confusing WordPress.ORG and WordPress.COM. For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted site running on a paid web hosting service.

  We have some built in plugins as you can see by clicking this link http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ but none are for the purpose you refer to.

  Please read the types of blogs that are not allowed:

  Automated blogs: Blogs that are generated by computers, including randomly generated blogs, blogs that re-publish press releases, marketing material, search engine results, link dumps or any other mass-produced content.

  Book tour blogs: Blogs that consist primarily of pre-written publicity material, as opposed to original book reviews, for the purpose of promoting books and driving traffic to other promotional and giveaway sites.

  The latter is exactly what the plugin you refer to provides but WordPress.COM supports the publication of original content only.

  If what’s offered by wordpress.COM does not suit you you can hire a web host http://wordpress.ORG/hosting and set up your own wordpress.ORG software install.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
