Adding Plugins on wordpress.com

  Hello I have a blog http://malabawikileaks.wordpress.com but I am wondering how I can add and or install plugins into the blog. Does it require any payment or?
  When I login in the dashboard, I don’t see any plugin option, why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have the same issue. I want to install a forum on my site but there doesnt seem to be an option for adding a plugin (which I think is needed). Its all greek to me but I think wordpress.com doesnt allow plugins and somehow you must move your website to wordpress.org…..I think.
