Adding Polls

  Hello, I signed up and for polls and even imported my account through the settings feature but can’t figure out how to imput one in a post? I followed the directions and I get to the very end, after I choose “save poll” the directions say that I should see “Send to Editor” I tried adding polls twice now and never got to see “Send to Editor” Can you help me? Thank you!

  Please search the Support docs and the forum before asking questions about standard features: your question has been answered many times.

  If you create a poll via the Poll tool of the post editor, you get an “Embed in Post” tab (that’s the updated “Send to Editor” tab). But if you create it via Polls > Add New in your dashboard sidebar, there can be no such tab: you click Embed & Link, copy the WordPress shortcode, and paste it in the HTML editor of a post or in a text widget for your sidebar.
