Adding post to a page

  multiple post to a added page
  I created new pages — which gave me the options of dfferent buttons on the home page for example
  Home About Contact Poems Quotes

  Under Poems and quotes how do i add more post under those two pages

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
