Adding posts to pages.

Currently, I need help to better organize my blog in tabular format with different pages. It will help me to arrange my stuff like a website and publish it. I am not finding suitable way to associate my posts to pages. I am sure that this option may be available in wordpress, I require this to make my blog worthy and publish site link to search engines. It will also help my viewers to easily navigate to required section.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Posts cannot be put on pages that you create. Pages you create are “static” and sit outside the blog structure. They cannot be tagged or have categories applied to them. Pages are for static content that seldom changes. A classic example of this is an about page. http://support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
My suggestion would be to make categories for each subject you wish to blog about and then apply those categories to your posts. Your visitors can then click on the categories in the categories widget in the sidebar to get a listing of only the posts in that category. http://support.wordpress.com/posts/post-categories/ http://support.wordpress.com/widgets/categories-widget/
You can go a step further if you want and use a static front page for your blog where you can put links to the various categories in the body of that page. Your viewers can then click on any of those category links to get to a list of only those posts in that category. http://support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
Some themes with top navigation tabs will accept HTML hyperlinks as titles which means that you could have links to your categories in the top navigation tabs, but this does not work with all themes. The Digg 3 theme does not work, and neither does the Freshy theme. There are probably others that do not work as well, but I can’t remember them at the moment.
