Adding posts to pages?

  In my site, I have set up two pages. I want to be able to display certain blog posts on one page and the other posts on a different page. Right now the best I can figure out is to put a link to the blog post on that specific page. Can you help me figure out how to automatically have it display?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
