adding posts under my menu bar
-
I have made a menu bar on my blog homepage, but there is only a post on my ‘about’ section. I’ve tried to add pages and posts under the other headings, but when I click on each heading there are no posts showing.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What each category in menu actually is? a page or post?
Reason there is about page on your main page is because you have a single post and your homepage is set to “posts”
-
I’ve made pages for each heading, and under those pages have attached the relevant posts.
Do you know how i adjust the settings from posts to pages?
Thanks so much for your reply

Hi there,
I have made a menu bar on my blog homepage, but there is only a post on my ‘about’ section
The “about” page that is appearing on your homepage, is what is referred to as a “static front page”. Meaning this page will stay the same and new posts will not be displayed here. Here is a great link that will help with setting up pages and can better explain how they work: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/

I see in your menu on your homepage, that you have pages created. Now you will need to decide if you want the content on these pages to remain the same (a page), or continue to add new content (posts). Here are some links to help you decide and set them up:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/I see that you are using the Sela theme for the blog that you provided the link for. Here is a useful page about your specific theme that provides an overview of the theme and can help you with some of the customizing options available: https://wordpress.com/theme/sela
Please let me know if there are any further questions or help you need :)
