Adding products to sub categories

I have tabs on home page one tab is shop with a drop down menu rings pendants charms etc. I done a product pages I added the products to the right catogries but when I go on the main site, they show if I click on shop but if I click on rings, charms pendants the pages are blank, please can anyone help I been trying for days thank you

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
