How does a non computer savvy person like myself add ‘related posts’ to each of my posts?

Hi there,
We have a partnership with Zemanta which can add these in for you. It’s an option you can enable on your blog, then set for each post as you see fit.
Here are the details:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/zemanta-for-recommended-links-photos-articles/What you would do is go to your personal settings (Dashboard > Users > Personal Settings), and enable the checkbox for Zemanta. Make sure to scroll down to the bottom of that screen to save!
Then, go to a post, and you should see Zemanta options available now as a new module on the right. If you don’t, click on “Screen Options” in the upper right corner of your screen, and click on the button to enable “recommendations.”
You can then choose what articles you’d like to appear as recommended related posts. If you choose none, they will not display.
I hope that helps!

Thank you. I did it, but it is not showing related posts from my own blog, just other peoples blogs. Advice?

Oh I do apologize; yes that is what Zemanta does.
To add related posts to your own blog, you will have to add these in manually. Also, remember that using related tags and categories can help to conveniently group your posts for your readers.
So when I’m adding in actual links from my own blog that I think user will find useful, I try to gather them all first, and just paste them at the bottom of my post. Then, I write my post, and remove any that aren’t relevant. Then I publish!
I hope this is helpful for you.
