Adding Rows in Widget Area

  Hello,
  Currently on my site, there are two rows of images in the 1st widget area of my home page. These are the steps to sign up and the featured card products. I’d like to have them stay like this (3 images across in each row) while still being able to add a text area above each row of images. I’ve attached an image of the problem I’m running into when adding the text areas.

  Also, is there any way to center the image titles over the images and change the font?
