If you are looking to show the RSS feed from another site, use the RSS widget: http://support.wordpress.com/widgets/rss-widget/ .
If you are wanting to put your feed in your sidebar so people can subscribe, see this: http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/23/put-your-feed-in-your-sidebar/ .

You can create a page and put links to your RSS feed in it using a method similar to what you would use for putting a feed in your sidebar.

i tried doing just that. this is what i used in my sidebar previously when it was active:
<p><img src=”http://www.feedburner.com/fb/images/pub/feed-icon16x16.png” alt=””>subscribe via RSSand it worked and displayed fine.
however, when i try to render this on the page, it just spits out the same text.

<p><a href=”http://feeds2.feedburner.com/kissmyspatula/ZBdT” rel=”alternate”><img src=”http://www.feedburner.com/fb/images/pub/feed-icon16×16.png” alt=”">subscribe via RSS</a> -
You cannot post to WordPress.com from an RSS feed. That is by deliberate design; they want all content here to be original to here.

The code above ended up messed up and missing some stuff. It looked like it might have been pasted into a rich text editor or possibly into MS word or somewhere. Paste the following into the HTML tab in the page editor:
<p><a rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" href="http://feeds2.feedburner.com/kissmyspatula/ZBdT"><img style="vertical-align:middle;border:0" src="http://www.feedburner.com/fb/images/pub/feed-icon16x16.png" alt="" /></a> <a rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" href="http://feeds2.feedburner.com/kissmyspatula/ZBdT">Subscribe in a reader</a></p> -
