Adding save button and counter

  Hi there. Im pretty new to wordpress and i want to know how i can add a save button on a image and if clicked it will go to a login page but if already logged in then it can be saved. Also under the image i want it to show how many saved.. example would be http://www.thisiswhyimbroke.com and how their images are. Thanks!!
