  Hello,

  https://wordpress.com/themes/shoreditch/ It doesn’t appear that the theme you are using has a top widget area or a built-in search area in the header and that isn’t something that can be created using CSS.

  If you want to make a lot of modifications to the theme then you’re better off going with a WordPress.org site build so you have full control.
