Adding Second Email

  My small business has two users and has a custom domain through WordPress (we purchased the domain name through WordPress). One user has a custom email address @domain.com through email forwarding. I am the other user and have an Officer 365 account and would like to set up email without forwarding. How do I set up a new MX record while still preserving the existing user’s email?

  Hi there. You can either have email forwarding, or you can have a hosted email account with a third party. You can’t have both, unfortunately.

  Email forwarding is only available if you already added custom domain to your blog, and you have not already set up a third party email service for that domain. http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/
