Adding SEO option to my post

With my job, we use WordPress to handle our website and we use a section labeled SEO when we creating content. My question is how do I get that section on my blog so that I can customize my SEO for my posts? The section has mini category including, preview, title, description Keywords, Google news keywords etc. Is this something I can access for my own blog?

I’m not sure what the “section” is that you are talking about but on WordPress.COM blogs, you don’t need to worry about any SEO techniques because WordPress.COM takes care of it all for you.
According to this WordPress Daily Post article,
The good news is if you have a site on WordPress.com we take care of the vast majority of the technical side of SEO for you. The only thing you really need to do for great SEO is write!
