Adding separate blog to website

  Hi there,
  I am not looking to do this now, but am I able to have two sites under WordPress.com? I don’t know if I’m asking this correctly, but my thoughts are to one day have a website JUST for my photography, but then have a completely separate area (site) for my blog, but obviously have the two linked. Does that make sense? And is it an option for a WordPress hosted site? right now I have a separate part of the menu that redirects clients to a page dedicated to blog postings, but I’m looking to someday have a different layout for my blog portion. Just wondering if that’s an option.

  You can create multiple websites, all under your account. You could use your navigation menu to link to the separate site or sites. Are you thinking of creating a subdomain like blog.laurakatherynphotography.com and just linking to that blog within your main site’s menu?

  Create a blog here at WordPress.com, map the subdomain to it, and link from your main website. http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-subdomain/
