Adding share toolbar to the top of a blog post

  Hi – I know how to enable the share feature so that the options appear below a particular post, but I would prefer to have these display toward the top of the blog (beneath the title). My blog is a WordPress hosted blog. Do let me know if it is feasible and if so, how?
