Adding sharing links in a custom theme

    I want to add the sharing social links to my single page posts. The page is pretty customized, using php calls like the_content();. Is there something like that for the sharing links? like < ? p h p the_sharing(); ? > or something?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
