Are you referring to this free hosted WordPress.com blog?
http://storyplay.wordpress.com/Our free hosted WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for eCommerce transactions.
There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
FTP access, plugins and third party themes are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. if you require plugins, a shopping cart, etc. then you must hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/ Then you can move your content from the free hosted WordPress.com blog into the WordPress.org install. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/

Just pick a number for shipping and display it alongside the price, eg “add $5 for shipping in the continental USA, $15 for shipping elsewhere” and include that in the price on the Buy It Now button.
That’s assuming you’re talking about the empty blog http://storyplay.wordpress.com/. Otherwise, Paypal has built in solutions for ecommerce sites.
