Adding shortcode buttons to pages/posts

How do you add a css shortcode to a page? I am trying to copy the Edin demo but can’t get it to work and can’t find any help

On the Edin Theme there’s are two special CSS classes to create buttons shown on the theme demo. You can create these buttons by pasting this code into your normal Text editor, you don’t need the CSS upgrade for this:
Name to appear on button
Name to appear on buttonWas this what you meant, perhaps? On the theme demo it gives the class=button information, but not the full HMTL to wrap round it.
You can also create your own buttons in a similar way using normal inline CSS. I’m nor sure it’s 100% accessible using in line CSS though, but if like me you’re not a CSS expert and are wary about changing the CSS site wide, this is a work round if used sparingly.
