Adding sites to my blogroll

  I am trying to set up a blogroll on my new wordpress.com blog, but I cannot seem to add or delete anything. Ideas?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We can help you with adding a Blogroll to your website.

  Go to the dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s URL (e.g., onlinedevotions.home.blog/wp-admin)

  You can create a blogroll by going to the Links menu in the dashboard.

  Then you can add a Links Widget to display the Blogroll on your website-
