Adding Social Media Buttons to Header

  Hi,
  I just started a wordpress.com site and I am trying to add social media buttons to the top right side of my header. I am using the Expound Theme. Is it possible to do using the CSS editor? If not, is it possible to add social button to the menu bar.

  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi Colin,

  The way to do this is to first create your social media buttons in a Text widget the way you want them here:
  Add Social Media Buttons to Your Sidebar or Footer

  Then it might be possible to use CSS to position that text widget up in your header area rather than in the sidebar or footer. For that, you’ll need to ask for advice in the CSS forum here:

  That works on some themes, but others there’s not a way to do that cleanly. If it can’t be done in Expound, you could always just put your social media buttons at the top of your sidebar.
