Adding space

So i was going to run out for storage at the moment, the regular one that i had is free 3 Gb when i join wordpress.
to have an upgrade, i had 3 option, PERSONAL for another 3GB, PREMIUM for another 13GB, BUSINESS for another UNLIMITED.
Just want to ask, let say, i upgrade for PERSONAL for a year, then next year i upgrade for PREMIUM, is it possible to do that?
at the other hand, what if i only upgrade for a year, what will be happening with the blog?

You can upgrade at any time. The Personal Plan does not include extra storage. The amount you’re seeing here https://wordpress.com/pricing/ is the total amount of storage. It is not additional amounts on top of the 3GB already available on the free plan.
What happens if I don’t renew my plan?
If you choose to let your plan expire, your site will be switched to our Basic (free) plan. You will no longer have access to the features included in your plan, but your site’s content will still be available.

so it means, with personal plan, i wont be get any extra 3 GB, is it right? it is just an upgrade for having a domain, got hundreds of free themes and ads free, right ?
so if i go with the premium one, it means i got extra 10 GB, so the total is 13 GB?

Yes, you are correct. The Personal Plan doesn’t increase storage space and if you chose Premium, you would have a total of 13GB. ;)
