Hi there!
I don’t see any sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software, we won’t be able to help you out and you’ll want to seek help at these forums:

Our site is kingandcrossdistributors.com and it’s not under the account I just opened. It was opened under a different account that I don’t seem to be able to find because the previous IT manager left the company an no one can tell me what the ID/PWD is. I need to add SSL to our web site and would like to be able to manage it as necessary going forward. I would appreciate any help in getting this done.

I can confirm that kingandcrossdistributors.com is hosted at GoDaddy (they also offer WordPress sites) and you can confirm this by looking at the public WHOIS info for your domain here: https://gwhois.org/kingandcrossdistributors.com+dns
The way that SSL works, your host needs to add this for you, it is not something we handle on this end as kingandcrossdistributors.com is not hosted on WordPress.com servers.
Please contact GoDaddy support for assistance in adding SSL to kingandcrossdistributors.com.
Hope this helps!

Mr. Sarcastic –
THANK YOU! I’m kind of a rooky IT guy so your insights are tremendously helpful.
