Adding SSO access for basic user functions?

  I would like to add the ability for users to track and give personal ratings to listings on my site. I don’t really want to manage the accounts myself, and also don’t want to deal with the security risks of a database of “personal” info. Is it possible to add some sort of single sign on ability so all I have is a “token” and then add these kind of features?
