Adding tabs on the sidebar and text in a category

  Hello, I need assistance with a few issues:.
  1 – I need to add some text under my category header – ‘Experiences’, is this possile?
  2- How do I add links on my sidebar and under the page – ‘Islands of The Bahamas’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  1. You may add text to your category page Experiences in the corresponding category editor at the WP Admin categories page, https://bahamasflavour.co.uk/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category.

  2. What kind of links do you want to include in the sidebar? And where under the page?
