  Hi! How can I add Blix-like tabs to the Black-Letterhead theme.

  Black letterhead does not have this functionality. As far as I know, you can’t add it even with the CSS upgrade.

  I wanted to do the same
  So I checked the source website( http://ulyssesonline.com/2005/08/06/tab-menu/ )
  Inwhich the author explains how to add tabs to the default WP theme which I believe can be followed with any theme.
  The problem is that I can’t fetch the codes from that post

  We don’t have access to the files here that are necessary to make those changes, so it can’t be done.
