adding tabs to home page

i would like to add tabs to my home page to put a post in, at the moment on my blog, although i have two posts you can only see one and you are unable to navigate to the other. i am using the Chunk theme. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance

At the moment your blog front is displaying a static page (the content of which is identical to the content of one of your posts). If you want your front to display your latest posts, you can set it so in Settings > Reading.

thanks for this. i was hoping that where it says “Home” at the top, i could add more tabs such as Fish Meat, cheese and Beer. you could then click on those where it would take you to a list of links with thumbnails of various recipies etc.
I have had a look at the help section but still can’t figure it out. Is this even possible?

Where it says “Home” you can add as many tabs as you like.
But “list of links” is too general: do you mean links to groups of posts of yours?
