Adding Tags (keywords) to your post

  Hello –

  I noticed that many bloggers add tags (or keywords) that are listed near their title bar. How is this done? I do not see it as an option on my ‘write’ page when I’m preparing a post. Is it just because of the layout I’m using? Please advise if you know how to add these tag words (this is not about Tag Surfer).
