Adding tags on IPad app

  I’m trying to add tags to a recent blog post on Jottingswithjasmine.wordpress.com from my IPad. I first tried through regular website and every time I think of added tags there aren’t there. I then went to my WordPress app and I can’t figure out how to do it. Help please!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
