adding tags retroactively

  I’ve been blogging for about six months but only assigning each entry to categories. I’m thinking about adding tags to raise my visibility. My concern is this: if I spend a day adding tags to all 70 blog posts, am I going to be flooding each tag feed with my stuff? Does that matter?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It matters. The more tags you use, the less likely your post will be featured in the WordPress.com Reader.

  I appreciate the response, but what I was actually asking was “does it matter if I tag all my content all at the same time”?

  I see! No, I don’t think that matters, but I don’t think it will raise visibility either. The links I posted before are more relevant to your end goal.
