Adding Tags to new Posts

When I click on enter I don’t see any place where my tags have been placed. What am I doing wrong?

Where exactly are you clicking Enter?
You add tags to posts inside the editor at My Site ->Site ->Posts. While editing a post, make sure the post sidebar is set to “Post”, then click on Categories and Tags. You add tags in the box there, using a comma to separate multiple tags. When you publish/update the post, tags are automatically saved.
